If you have decided to ‘adopt’ one of my babies…

1. I stand behind the quality of my work 100%  and put forth my greatest effort with lots of love into every baby that I create.
2. I DO NOT hold babies under any circumstances.
3. Full payment is due within 24 hours of receiving invoice or sale will be forfeited and the baby will be relisted for sale.
4. All babies are shipped priority mail with insurance that does require a signature.
5. If a baby is damaged or lost in transit, a refund will be issued upon return of the doll to me, and when compensation has been received by me from the insurance claim.
6. Returns (within 5 days) are accepted ONLY in a case by case situation and must be within reason as all babies are accurately represented with nontouched up photos.
7. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receipt of baby from me.
8. A returned baby MUST be returned in it’s original condition with all clothing and accessories and original packaging or there will be a deduction in the refund for those materials.
9. I require that returns be shipped priority mail with insurance and at the expense of the sender. I will NOT be responsible for a baby being lost or damaged in transit.
10. I ship within the USA and a few other countries on a case by case basis (extra shipping charges will apply)
11. I DO NOT give refunds for buyer’s remorse.
